Bush claimed that Kanye West saying that he did not care about Black People marked an all time low in his two terms of presidency. Kanye West responds saying that he understood completely and felt the same way after the Taylor Swift incident.

Our former President George Bush took notice the Kanye West’s comments after Hurricane Katrina. Here are his thoughts on being a racist indirectly.
“He called me a racist,” Bush said I resent it, it’s not true.”
“‘Five years later I can barely write those words without feeling disgust.’ You go on, ‘I faced a lot of criticism as President. I didn’t like hearing people claim that I lied about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction or cut taxes to benefit the rich. But the suggestion that I was racist because of the response to Katrina represented an all-time low.’”
“It was a disgusting moment, pure and simple.” the former President continued.



Kanye responds that he too was accused of being racist. And says he felt the same thing after the Taylor Swift situation.
